Terry Wolde, 
owner, sales, warehouse manager
   
Terry is a life-long native of Madison County. Terry attended Pensacola Christian College and graduated from Athens State University with a BS degree. Prior to working at Wolde Flooring, Terry worked at Solutia in Decatur, AL in carpet fiber construction. Terry is a Navy reservist and recently spent one year of active duty assisting Operation Iraqi Freedom in Kuwait. Terry’s responsibilities include managing job sites and warehouse inventory. Terry and his wife Vicki live in Madison, Alabama and attend church at The Rock Family Worship Center.

Vicki Wolde, 
owner, project coordinator, purchaser
   
Vicki graduated from Calhoun College with a degree in nursing. Vicki worked as a hospice nurse in the Huntsville area prior to working at Wolde Flooring, where her responsibilities include purchasing and coordinating projects. Vicki and her husband Terry reside in Madison, Alabama and they attend church at The Rock Family Worship Center.

Nathan Wolde, 
owner, sales, installation manager
   
Nathan has an extensive background in flooring. Prior to working at Wolde Flooring, Nathan worked for over 5 years as a flooring installer. Nathan’s attention to detail earned him several awards for excellence in quality and design. Nathan's responsibilities include sales and managing job sites. Nathan and his wife Renee reside in Athens, Alabama and are active members of the Cornerstone Word of Life church in Madison.

Danny Wolde, 
owner, sales, installation manager
   
Danny also has an extensive background in the flooring industry. Prior to working at Wolde Flooring, Danny worked in construction as a flooring installer. Danny is responsible for managing all job sites. Danny works with home owners and construction managers to ensure that all projects are completed according to specifications and on time. Danny and his wife Christina live in the Harvest area and are active members of the Cornerstone Word of Life church in Madison.

Leon Wink, 
owner, operations manager, project manager
   
Leon graduated with a BS degree in electrical engineering from the University of Florida and also minored in business management. Leon attended graduate school at the University of Alabama in Huntsville studying computer engineering. Prior to working at Wolde Flooring, Leon was a design engineer at Scientific-Atlanta (Cisco). Leon’s responsibilities include outside sales, estimating, and managing commercial projects. Leon is married to Joy and the two live in Madison, Alabama and attend church at The Rock Family Worship Center in Madison.

Joy Wink, 
owner, office manager, inside sales, interior design
   
Joy attended Calhoun Community College and the University of Alabama in Huntsville. Prior to working at Wolde Flooring, Joy worked as a teller at Redstone Federal Credit Union. Joy is responsible for all human resource functions, office management, and assisting customers with interior design. Joy is married to Leon and the two live in Madison, Alabama and attend church at The Rock Family Worship Center in Madison.

Vicki Gonya

Vicki has over 15 years of interior design experience in the flooring and countertop industry.  She has a very good eye for color and fashion. Vicki has 4 children and 4 grandchildren.
